Both rooms have queen sized beds with closets and shelves for storage, as well as a smart TV for streaming. There is a cute yard with an outdoor shower and a fire pit in the back.
Inside, you'll find a bright and airy living space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room complete with a smart TV for Netflix and other streaming apps. Enjoy your morning coffee on the screened-in front porch or grill dinner outside. Small bay-side beaches are just a ten minute walk away.
Two public boat ramps are minutes away. We also have a single RV hookup with 50 amp electrical & sewer service. RV's & travel trailers are limited to a maximum of 30 feet due to space limitations .
A security deposit hold of $200 will be placed on your card before check-in. This is an authorization only and not a charge and is released automatically after check out.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
