- Parking passes must be purchased on-site upon arrival.
- Parking passes are $60 each.
- Maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation.
- Parking passes are valid for up to 30 days.
- Guests staying longer than 30 days must purchase additional parking passes.
- Amenity wristbands are required and available free of charge on-site.

## Important Things to Know

- **Minimum Age Requirement:** From March 1 through May 1, the primary guest checking in must be at least 25 years old.
- Beach towels are not provided. Please plan to bring your own.
- Per association rules, boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, and trailers of any kind are not permitted on the property.
- All guests must follow San Carlos condominium association rules and regulations.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $20.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.
